Email verification not received

Verification emails are sent out to verify email addresses upon registration. This is done so that we know that we are communicating with the correct person.

Verification emails are generally delivered within minutes, but may take up to 24hrs.

What to do if you don't receive your verification email:

1. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you haven't received the verification email.
2. Re-send the verification email.
   • This can be achieved by entering your email address in the Login screen and clicking on Login.
   • Now click on the Resend Invitation link that will appear next to the login button.
3. Email our Resolution center to resolve this.
